Anxiety or constant overthinking
People-pleasing, and difficulty saying no or setting boundaries
Feeling flat, low or disconnected from yourself
Burnout, or feeling overwhelmed most of the time
Grief, or a loss you haven't been able to move through
A relationship ending, a career change, or another life transition
Self-doubt or low self-esteem
Repeating the same patterns in relationships
While these experiences can feel very different, they're often connected by patterns that developed much earlier in life. You might already understand why you feel the way you do, yet still find yourself reacting in the same ways or returning to the same relationships.
IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR…

These can feel very different, but they often share a thread. Many of the ways we cope began for good reasons. You may have learned to be the capable one, the peacekeeper, the achiever, or the person who never asks for help. Those strategies can carry us a long way, until they start to cost more than they give.
-
Therapy offers a space to understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgement. We can explore where they came from, how they show up now, and what might become possible when you no longer have to live entirely from them.

My work is relational, which means I pay attention not only to what you bring, but also to what happens between us. The patterns we experience in everyday life can sometimes appear in the therapy room too, giving us a chance to understand them in a different way.

I often work with thoughtful, insightful people who understand themselves intellectually but still feel caught in familiar patterns. You may know why you are the way you are, but still feel that something hasn’t quite shifted.
